East Cork Fitness currently run 8 week running courses for people who have never ran before.

The 8 week program will bring you from never having ran to running for 30 minutes (approx. 5km)

The program consists of a weekly run with Personal Trainer, Lindsay Bertram and 2 further weekly runs to complete yourself before the following group training session.

The 8 week course costs 50 Euro per person.

You will be provided with 8 training cards, one for each week, weekly homework run sheets to complete & return each week and information on running technique, breathing, running clothing & how to continue after the course.
